To access the Knowledge Base, please submit a ticket to support@vindicia.com with the following details:
1.User Name
2.Email Address
User will receive a confirmation email from the support team once access is granted.
Once User receive the confirmation email, visit the Knowledge Base page https://docs.vindicia.com/ and click on ‘Change Password’. Enter the email address and click on ‘Password Reset’.
User will then receive an email containing Password reset link.
