For access to the Knowledge Base, submit a ticket to ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ with the User Name and email address of the individual . You will receive confirmation from the support team that you have access to the KB.
Once you receive the email, go to the knowledge center (https://knowledge.vindicia.com/) and click on ‘Password Reset’ tab. Type in your email address and click on ‘Password Reset’ Link. An email with the username and password will be sent to you.
